Shipping policy
Shipping & Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in resalable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Please note that undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened, and only outerwear is eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with the decisions of the Ministry of Health and the Consumer Protection Authority. All monogrammed, personalized, vintage, altered, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case that you have received a faulty item or a different item from the one you have placed the order for, then JilEgypt will cover the return shipping costs based on the standard market rate. In any other case, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected by JilEgypt’s Returns Department (usually within 5 working days of receipt), your refund will be processed via the same method used for payment. If you have paid using a credit card, depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 7-14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. In case you have paid via Cash On Delivery, the refund will be processed in a cash transfer via InstaPay, Smart Wallets, or a Bank Transfer.
Exchange Policy:
If you’d like to exchange the item or one/all of the items you have received, please log in to your account on JilEgypt and visit the orders page, then proceed to choose the product you’d like to exchange, select the reason for the exchange, and submit the request. We will review and get back to you within 3 business days with further details.

Once an order has been fully placed, we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, and include the correct address and email.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and estimated date of delivery.
